Finding a new job is never easy, and we understand that. That’s why ApplyMe is built as your personal job search assistant, working for you even when you’re busy with your everyday life.
We treat this process as a partnership: you want to land the right job, and we want to help you get there faster.
Our role is simple but powerful:
- We search daily through 6,000+ job websites to find roles that match your experience.
- We tailor your resume and, if needed, write cover letters.
- Most importantly, we apply to those jobs on your behalf so you don’t have to.
We are always on your side. And if the service doesn’t deliver what we promise, here’s how our refund process works.
Refund Conditions
All of the following conditions must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Within the first 15 calendar days after your subscription payment, fewer than 5 job applications were submitted through the service.
- You did not change your core search settings (such as country, role, or experience level) during this period.
- The service was properly activated within 24 hours after your subscription payment: you confirmed your email and completed your profile. If you fail to activate your account within this timeframe, the service cannot be provided and no refunds will be issued.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided if:
- You did not provide complete or accurate information in your profile within the first 24 hours after your subscription payment, which prevented proper activation of the service.
- You did not respond to requests from our support team when additional data was required.
- You received the promised level of service (sufficient job applications submitted), even if you did not receive interviews or offers.
- The request is made after 15 calendar days from the initial payment.
- The charge relates to subscription renewals (refund applies only to the first payment).
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at team@applyme.co.
- Provide screenshots of your dashboard (if requested) to validate the number of applications submitted.
- Refund requests are reviewed within 15 business days, and if approved, refunded to your original payment method.
